Tabhi toh hum usko serious le lete hai kaafi. Per ek overthinker person ki ye bhi ek aadat si ban jaati hai ki wo apne beete hue din ki her chhoti se chhoti baat per bhi over think krne lagta hai. Kyuki usko aadat hai over think krne ki, aur agar koi baat nhi bhi ho serious lene ke laayak, wo uss per bhi over think krne lgta hai. Agar aap ye jaan loge khud se baat ker ke ki aap jis kisi cheez ko leker itna soch rahe hai toh kya wo cheez important hai aapke liye, kya uske baare me jyada sochna jaruri hai, toh kaafi hadd tak aap apni over thinking per control ker sakte hai. Kyuki jaisa ki maine abhi abhi btaya ki ek overthinker ko bas sochne se matlab hai , chahe jis baat per wo soch raha hai, wo baat per jyada sochna banta hi nhi ho. Got it dear friends.

Ab ye puchho khud se ki aap kitna right sochte hai aur kitna wrong :- Overthinker log jo bhi hote hai, wo bas sochte hai, lakin kya soch rahe hai, kaisa soch rahe hai, sahi soch rahe hai ya wrong soch rahe hai, iss baat per kabhi nhi sochte. Bas ek topic chahiye hota hai sochne ke liye, aur phir bas uss topic ko apne mind me pakad ke baith jaate hai. Insaan agar ek bar ye jaan le ki wo Jo sochta hai kya wo right soch raha hai? Toh koi bhi topic, koi bhi matter, ya koi bhi problem per over thinking hogi hi nhi kabhi. Kyuki over thinking unn topics, unn problems per hoti hai, jiske liye hum hmesa wrong, meaningless, aur illogical sochte hai. Kyuki mind ke sochne ka kaam tab band hota hai, jab aap uss particular topic, ya problem ke liye, khud ke mind ko answer de dete ho. Ab yar illogical, meaningless ya wrong sochne se kabhi koi solution ya real answer milta hi nhi, toh soch sirf lagaatar badhti hi jayegi. Isliye kisi bhi matter per sochte waqt ye socha kro ki aap right soch rahe hai ya wrong. Samajhe friends 😊

3.Share kro apni problems, tensions ko apne logo me :- Apne ander jitna dabaa ke rakhoge, apne pains, dukh, takleefe, utna hi wo aapko khati rahti hai. Kisi aise person ko, jo ki aapke beyhadd karib hai, usko apni personal problems, tensions share kro. Ho sakta hai ki wo person aapki help na ker paaye, but at least agar wo listen bhi ker lega aapko, toh kisi hadd tak aap uss matter per over think nhi krenge. Kyuki ander ke pains, personal problem ko agar words me convert ker ke kisi ko share ker di jaaye toh wo ander kam chubhte hai. Believe that 😊

4. Illusions aur reality me fark dekhne ki koshish kiya kro :-Jo log illusions me jyada rahte hai, akser wahi log overthinker hote hai. Reality se dur hoker illusions ki duniya se Jo bhi insaan khud ko jod lete hai, toh aise insaan ka overthinker ho jaana possible hai. Illusions ka kida aisa hai jo her waqt sochne per majbur ker deta hai kisi bhi insaan ko. Wo agar bahmi hai toh na chahte hue bhi sochta hi jayega. Isliye reality ko dekhne ki, samajhne ki koshish kiya kro. Apne ander ki illusions wali duniya se niklo.

5. Apne aap ko shaant rakhne ki koshish kro :- Ashaant dimag kabhi bhi chup chap nhi rahta. Kuch na kuch ulta pulta sa chalta hi rahta hai aise dimag me. Ashaant dimag ki bohot si wajah ho sakti hai, jaise ki frustration, anger. Toh aap koshish kiya kro ki ab se aap khud ko shaant rakhenge.

6. Ek baat ye bhi samjha do khud ko :- Ek bohot hi kaam ki baat hai, khud ko samjha sakte ho kya ki Jyada sochne se aakhir ho kya jayega. Aur ab tak jitna over thinking ker chuke ho, toh aapne kya paa liya, iss over thinking se. Dear friends, khud ko destroy na kro. Samjha do khud ko ache se ki jyada sochte rahne se kuch nhi hota .kuch bhi nhi. Sirf apna hi nukshaan hai.

7. Khud ko akela na rakho :- Ek insaan jab akela hota hai toh agar wo mentaly fit n fine hai toh koi na koi important sa kaam krne lagta hai, but agar wo overthinker hai toh uske liye uska important kaam sochna hota hai, baaki saare kaam gye bhaad me. Actually ye baat aap bhi jaante ho ki aap akele rahker krte kya hai sivaye sochne ke, hehehe 😊...band kro sochna, shaanti do shaanti apne mind ko, because you really need it. 😊

8. Khud ko her waqt busy rakhne ki koshish kiya kro :- Jitna jyada busy rahoge, overthinking se utna hi dur rah sakoge. Kyuki her waqt busy rahne wala insaan jra sa free hone per bhi sirf apne kaam ke hi baare me sochta hai. Befaaltu ki baato per uska dhyan jaata hi nhi. try to stay busy.

9. Focus ki jarurat hai aapko :-Focus ek aisi thing hai jo aapki destiny badal sakta hai. Toh over thinking kya cheez hai phir. Aap sirf bhatke hue ho, khud ka focus right direction me le aao jaldi se, In the last, you will be fitt n fine. 😊

10. Khud ko STOP kahne ki aadat daal lo :-Waise jab overthinker log sochne baith jaate hai toh pata hi nhi lagta ki kitna time kab aur kaise chala gya. Ek hrs, 2 hrs bhi easily waste ho hi jaate hai. Ek baat ye sikh lo ki jab bhi aapko aisa lage sochte waqt ki aap jyada soch rahe hai ab toh ussi time STOP kah do khud ko. Uss moment me hi stop kahker chup kerwa do khud ko. Aise agar aap yaad rakhoge ki over think krte waqt hi khud ko stop bolna hai hme, toh dekhna aap bohot jaldi iss rog se rogmukt ho jayenge.  Believe that 😊
