3.Aapko control krne ke liye :-Kuch log bade dominate nature ke hote hai, unhe pasand hi nhi hota ki unke saamne koi jyada bole, ya unhe unki koi mistake realize kerwa de toh aise me wo log control krne ki koshish krte hai saamne wale ko. 

4.Jab wo aapko understand hi nhi ker paate :-koi situation aisi ban jaaye ki aapki koi galti bhi na ho, aur aap unhe convince bhi bar bar ker de, per wo phir bhi aapko wrong samjhe, toh aisi situation me wo aapko wrong samajh ke hurt ker dete hai. 

5.Toxic log aise hi hote hai :-kuch log aise hi hote hai Jo dusro ko hasta khelta dekhker ander hi ander jalte fukte rahte hai. Aise log toxic hote hai. Inhe mouka chahiye hota hai logo ko hurt krne ka.

1.Silent rahna Sikh lo :-silent rahna kabhi kabhi bohot faydemand hota hai. Logo ko hmare words chubh jaate hai toh wo hme hurt krte hai. Aap koshish kro silent rahne ki. Thik hai dear friends. 

2.Thoda sa akela bhi rahna Sikh lo :-Ek sachi baat ye bhi hai ki hum jitne jyada logo ke touch me rahte hai, utna hi jyada sardard jhelte hai. Kisi na kisi se ghitpit ho hi jaati hai. Khud ko thoda akele rakho dusro se. It will really make your feel relax. 

3.kisi ko Convince se pahle khud ko ye samjha do  :-logo ko samajh lena acha hai, lakin jab hum unhe unke hi ache ke liye kuch samjhaate hai toh akser wo bura maan jaate hai. Toh kisi ko convince krne se pahle ye understand kro ki usko samjhaana thik hai ya Nhi. 

4.Self care kro :-Jab hum dusro ki taraf jyada bhaagte hai na, toh hum jyada hurt ho jaate hai. Kyuki sach ye hai ki jab hum kisi se jyada pyar krte hai ya uska jyada khyal rakhte hai toh wo akser iss baat ka fayda uthata hai. So pyar aur khyal itna bhi na lutao kisi pe ki badle me aapki waat lag jaaye. Samjhe friends. Self care kre. 

5.Thode se dheet type ke insaan ban jao :-kuch log kaafi emotionally weak hote hai, her baat ko mind krr lete hai ,aur hurt waha Ho jaate hai, jaha hurt hona banta bhi na ho. Khud ko aisa bana lo ki kisi ki baat ko ek kaan se suno aur dusre se nikaal do. Dheet type banda hona bhi jaruri hota hai kabhi kabhi khud ko thik rakhne ke liye

6.Khud ko ye baat bhi samjha do :-Ek baat khud ko ye bhi samjha do ache se ki ye sab chalta rahta hai life me. Aap iss dharti ke pahle aise insaan nhi hai jisko uske hi apne hurt krte rahte hai bewajah hi. Her dusre insaan ke saath hai ye sab. Yhi zindgi hai. 

7.Apne kaam se kaam rakho :-sabse jyada problem me wo log rahte hai, Jo apne kaam se kaam nhi rakhte. Jo kaam se dur bhaagta hai, wo akser logo ke peeche bhaagta hai. Aur log toh bss takleefe dete hai, jabki sukoon toh kaam me hai .
