Chahe problem chhoti si hi kyu na ho, lakin wo itna jyada soch jaata hai akela rahker uske baare me ki usko wo ek big issue lagne lagta hai. Aur khud ke mind ko disturbed ker leta hai. Isliye akelepan se dur raho .Apne friends, family members ko time do Apna.unke saath baitho. 

5.Apne dukh takleef share kro apne friends me :-koshish kiya kro ki aap apne personal feelings, pains share kre apne friends me, family members me. Kyuki agar apne ander apne dard dabaa ke rakhoge toh wo dheere dheere aapko khokhla krte jaayenge. Apne kisi bestie ko btao Apna sabkuch. U will feel better n happy. 😊

6.Meditation aur yoga ka bhi use kare :- sayad aapne ye feel kiya hoga kbi jab aap koi Yoga ya meditation ker ke uth te ho toh aapka mind kuch time ke liye kitna mast sa ho jaata hai. Ye sach hai ki yoga aur meditation hmari life me kaafi importance rakhte hai .her roj ke 15 se 20 minute nikaal ker meditation ker lena bohot acha hota hai. It will make our mind fit n fine. 

7.Neend puri le :-Aapne ye kabhi note kiya hoga jab aap 2-3 hrs ki neend ke baad uth jaate hai toh mood ajeeb sa rahta hai. Koi kaam me dil bhi nhi lagta. Iski wajah yhi hoti hai ki aapke mind ko full rest nhi mila hai .Toh koshish kiya kro puri neend lene ki. Taaki aapke din ki suruaat achi ho. 

8.Khud ko busy rakhe jyada se jyada :-ek free baitha vella banda sivaaye sochne ke aur kya ker sakta hai. Wo apni tensions, problem, purani yaadon me ghus hi jaata hai, na chahker bhi. Kyuki free baithe ye hi kaam thik lagta hai. Toh aise me koshish kiya kro ki khud ko busy rakha jaaye. 

9. Negative logo se dur rakho khud ko :-ye sabse important baat hai Jo aapko dhyan rakhni hai. aapki society, friends circle, ya family members me bhi kuch log aise hote hai Jo hmesa aapko demotivate krte rahte hai. Actually aise negative log sabki life me hote hi hai. Unka ek hi kaam hai, na toh khud sukh shanti se rahenge, aur na hi kisi ko rahne denge.
