1.Kisi ko apna 'Bestie' bana lo :-Ek depressed banda khud ko aisa bana leta hai ki wo kisi ko pasand hi nhi krta hai. Wo apne friends se, yha tak ki family members se bhi dur hi rakhta hai khud ko. Kyuki wo depressed banda khud ki ek alag duniya bana chuka hota hai, jisme wo khud aur uski yaaden aur uski soch hi hoti hai. Agar aap bhi depressed hai aur apni ek nyi duniya bana chuke hai toh plZ iss duniya se baaher nikle, kyuki ye aapko barbaad ker degi. Dusri baat ye hai ki kabhi kabhi hamari life me kuch aise log aate hai jo hme aur hamari puri life ko sahi track per le aate hai. Jisko hum apna bestie bol dete hai. Toh plz kisi ko mouka do aapko aur aapki life ko change kerne ka. Kisi ko apna bestie bana lo. Aaj Jo aapko truly listen krta hai, aapko understand krta hai, aapki care krta hai, usse bhaago mat. Balki uske saath rahna sikho. Bohot jaldi aap fitt n fine ho jaoge. 

2.Akelepan se dur rahe :-jaisa ki maine abhi uper bataya hai ki jo log depressed hote hai unki ek alag hi duniya hoti hai. Actually aise logo ko mouka chahiye hota hai ki kab wo Apna room band ker ke akele baith jaaye aur soch me doob jaaye. Agar unhe koi bulaata bhi hai kahi ghumne phirne ke liye toh sidha manaa ker dete hai. Kyuki depressed logo ko ghumne phirne se jyada sochna pasand hota hai. Aur wo iss soch me, aur inn yaadon me iss hadd tak doob gye hai ki inke mind per ye depression ka tatoo chipak gya hai .Agar iss tatoo ko seriously mita dena chahte ho aap apne mind se toh plZ akelepan se dur hi raho. 

3.Uss kaam se dur hi raho jaha se aapko stress milta hai :-agar aap koi aisi job krte hai, jaha per aap kaafi stress feel krte hai, ya kabhi kabhi aapko kisi ke kahne per, ya kisi ke pressure me kuch aisa kerna hota hai Jo aapko bura lgta hai. Toh plZ abhi se hi unn sab kaam ko krna band kijiye. 

4.Apne mind ko achi khuraak do:-hamara mind 2 tarah ki khuraak leta hai. Ek good thoughts ki, dusri bad thoughts ki khuraak. Aaj agar aapka mind sadd chuka hai, aapke mind me kachra bhar chuka hai toh iski ek wajah ye bhi hai ki aapne apne mind ko bad thoughts ki khuraak kuch jyada hi de di hai. Toh plz mind this point .Good thoughts ki, positive thoughts ki khuraak hi de apne mind ko .

5.Negative logo se dur rahe :-Ache logo me ek khaas baat ye hoti hai ki agar wo aapko acha motivate nhi ker sakte toh wo at least aapko demotivate bhi nhi krenge, na hi koi buri sikh ya gyan denge. Per negative logo me ye bimari hoti hai ki wo hmesa kuch na kuch bina sar pair ki baate dusro ke mind me ghusaate hi rahte hai. Coz of this, aapke mind me kachra bhar jaata hai. So stay away from these people. 

6.Exercise, Yoga aur meditation ka bhi use kare:-Aap logo ne bachpan me ek baat suni hogi na ki healthy body me ek healthy mind rahta hai .yoga, meditation aur exercise hamari body ko fitt n fine rakhte hai. Jiski wajah se hamara mind bhi healthy rahta hai .Aur depression se baaher aane ke liye mind ko hi healthy banana hota hai. So plZ mind this point. 

7.Music therapy bhi le :-Music sirf entertainment ke liye hi nhi hota, balki ye kabhi kabhi ek dawa ka bhi kaam krta hai. Ek sach baat ye bhi hai ki jaisa music, waisi hi feelings. Music kuch time ke liye aapki feelings ko change ker deta hai. Agar aap upset feel krte ho toh ussi time koi mast sa song suno and better feel kro. 

8.laughing therapy bhi lo:-Kabhi kabhi jab hum kisi buri baat ya kisi bure person jisse hme hate ho, toh jaise hi hum sochte hai uske baare me toh gussa sa aane lagta hai. Phir thodi der baad udaas se ho jaate hai. Aise me aapko ussi moment me jab aapko gussa aaye, hasna chahiye. Aapka hasna attack hoga aapki unn bad feelings per Jo aap feel krte hai kisi bad thing ya bad person ke baare me sochker. 

9.Puri neend le, Acha healthy khana bhi le:-Ek baat btao puri puri raat jaagne se ho kya jaayega, agar raato me jaagne se tensions, problems aur aapka depression kam hota toh aap kab ke baaher aa chuke hote iss depression se .Raat ko sirf ek hi toh kaam krte hai aap, wo hai sochna aur sochte sochte doob jaana. Band kro abhi se plZ ye sab. Aapko full rest ki jarurat hai. Neend puri le, aur acha healthy khana bhi khaye, doctors bhi kahte hai na ek bimar bande ko ki bai acha khana khaya ker. Waise hi aapko bhi ache healthy food ki jarurat hai  kyuki depression bhi toh ek rog hai. 

10.Apni aadten badle :-Aaj aap jaisa bhi feel ker rahe hai, wo sab aapki aadton ka bhi results hota hai. Achi aadton se acha feel aata hai toh buri aadton se bura feel aata hai .Agar aapko sharab, cigratte jaisi buri aadten bhi hai toh unhe agar chhor bhi na sako toh atleast unhe kam kerne ki koshish jarur kro .nasaa insaan ko behosh rakhta hai. Aur aapko hosh ki beyhadd jarurat hai toh plZ mind this thing .

11.Share kro apne dukh takleef apno ke beech:-Dukh takleefe toh waise sabke hi saath hai, per Jo insaan emotionally weak hota hai, akser wo hi depression me chala jaata hai. Agar aap bhi ek emotionally weak person hai toh apne dard dukh, takleefe apne ander dabaa ke na rakho. Werna ander hi ander ghutan mahsus krte rahoge. Inhe baaher nikaalo, share kro apno me. You will feel better. 

12Apna free time Apni interesting cheezo ko do:-Sabka kuch na kuch toh interesting thing hota hi hai. Kisi ko video games khelna pasand hai free time me, toh koi favorite movie dekhta hai toh koi gf se chatting krna like krta hai toh koi kisi aur kaam me interest rakhta hai. Aapka interest kis cheez me hai?  Jis bhi cheez me ho, waha Apna time do, isse ye hoga ki aap free time me negative baato se toh dur hi rahoge. Aur na hi ulti pulti baate soch sakoge .Believe that
