Jyadater logo ke paas Khane, peene, sone, uthne ,ya study ka koi time nhi ,per apne past ko yaad kerne ka time hi time hai.

1.Khud ko busy rakho jyada se jyada :-Free time me jyadater log yhi krte hai ki wo apni life ke bad moments ko, apne past ko yaad kerne lgte hai aur phir usme iss hadd tak kho jaate h ki kab 3. Se 4.hrs nikel jaaye, pata hi nhi lagta hai. So stay busy plz. 

2.kisi ko apna bestie bana lo :-hum yaad uss hi shaks ko krte hai, Jo kabhi hmare kaafi close hua krta tha, isliye uss shaks ki yaado ko mitaane ke liye hume kisi aur ko apna best friend bana lena chahiye. 

3.Khud ko akela na rakhe :-Ek insaan khud ko akela tab kahne lgta h jab na toh koi usko sunta ho ,na samajhta ho, na koi care krta ho uski. Toh wo bss apni purani past ki yaadon ka sahara le leta hai. Agar aap chahte hai yaadon se nikelna toh akelepan se dur hi rahe. 

4.Apni ander ki Saari dabi hui feelings, pain, frustration ko baaher nikaale :-jyadater wahi log lambe time tak yaadon me khoye rahte hai Jo kabhi b apne dil ka haal, apne dard kisi ko share hi nhi krte. Kuch log tough attitude ke hote hai wo aisa kerne se aur b strong ho jaate h, but kuch weak log permanently yaadon me hi rah jaate hai. Agar aap weak hai toh plZ apne dil ka haal share jarur Karo kisi se. 

5.Apna saara focus apne kisi khaas kaam per laga do :-jab koi kaafi close banda chhor ke jaata hai toh wo hmara saara focus b saath le jaata hai. Hmara pura dhyan uski hi taraf hota hai. Baaki important cheezo per hum focus hi nhi ker paate. Aise me aap koshish ker ke apna saara focus apne kisi khaas se interesting se work per laga do. Bohot jaldi aap yaadon se baaher aa jayenge. Believe that. 

6.Apni aadten badlo :-Aaj aap jaisa bhi mahsus ker rahe hai, wo aapki aadton ka bhi result hai .Agar aap free, velle, aalsi, nikamme, sharabi,  bande hai toh aap kabhi b yaadon se nhi nikel sakte. Isliye ek achi aadat banao. Kabhi kabhi ka aalas, kabhi kabhi nasaa krna, kabhi kabhi nikamme ho jaana, kabhi kabhi free rahna toh thik hai, but isko aadat na banao. 

7.Her kaam ke liye ek acha time table banao :-Kab sona h, kab jaagna h, kab khana hai, kab study krni hai etc etc etc. Agar apne din ke saare kaam sahi time per kiye jaaye toh ek achi routine ban jaati hai. Phir yaaden kab khidki se nikelker bhaag jaaye hmesa ke liye pata hi nhi lagta. 😂😂
Kyuki acha time table din ka sirf insaan ko hi nhi, balki puri life ko sahi track per laa sakta hai .This is true thing .

8.Yoga ,meditation aur exercise bhi karo :-aapne suna hoga ki healthy body me ek healthy soul rahti hai. Agar aapki body hi healthy nhi toh aapka mind aur aapke emotions dono weak honge. ek chidchida sa nature ho jaayega. Koi b acha nhi lagega aapko. Bas akele rahker kisi ko yaad krna pasand kroge. Aisi situation me yoga ,meditation krna chahiye. Taaki aapka mind sahi direct rahe sahi cheezo ki taraf .Kyuki yaadon ka saara taana baana mind se hai. Aur mind juda hai body se. Dono ko fitt n fine rakhna is very important. 

9.Ghumne phirne bhi jaate raha kro picnic places per:-apna room band ker ke sabse alag baithe rahoge toh ek din hmesa ke liye khud ko kho hi doge. Jo yaaden barbaad ker de, wo yaaden buri hai. Samajh lo plZ .Kabhi kabhi apne friends, family ke saath kisi picnic place per ghumne bhi jaaya kro. U will feel great n relax.
