2.Jab koi kaam hi nhi ho toh hum bore ho hi jaate hai :-Aap logo ne akser ye suna hoga, unn logo ke muh se, Jo job krte hai aur wo sirf Sunday ko hi ghar hote hai. 3.Bad habits se bhi boriyat feel hoti hai :-Aadton ka sidha sidha asar padta hai hmari life per, aaj hum kaisa feel ker rahe hai, happy hai, ya paresaan ,ya bore ye sab hmari aadton ki wajah se bhi hota hai. For example agar aapko buri aadat hai, subah uthte hi phone use krne ki kaafi ghanto tak, kaafi der tak TV dekhne ki, ye sab bad habits hi hai. Haa sahi hai Inn sab se time pass Ho hi jaata hai .but kitna aur kab tak. Ek time baad aisa bhi feel kroge ki yar tung aa gya phone use krte krte, TV dekhte dekhte. Ye mobile, ye TV bas ek temporary way me aapka time pass toh ker sakte hai, lakin ye aapki boriyat ko permanently khatam nhi ker sakte. Isliye bad habits bhi aapki life ko bore ker deti hai.

4.Aapka attitude hi agar boring type ka hai toh aap bore feel krenge hi :-Aapke kaam ko leker aapka kya attitude hai, aapke dosto ko leker aapka kya attitude hai, ye sab cheeze bhi bohot maayne rakhti hai. Agar aap daily kisi ke pressure me, ya kisi ke kahne per kuch aisa kaam krte hai Jo aapko pasand hi nhi toh aapka attitude uss kaam ke liye bilkul negative hoga, aur aap bohot jaldi bore bhi ho jaayenge. Aise hi aapke friends circle me agar koi aisa banda hai jo aapko pasand hi nhi, lakin phir bhi aap uski baat sunte hai, uske saath time spend krte hai toh aapka attitude uss bande ke liye negative hoga. Phir na toh aapko usko sunne me majaa aayega ,na uske saath rahne me. Aur aap bore ho hi jaayenge.

3.Akelepan se dur rahe :-Kuch logo ne khud ko aisa bana rakha hota hai ki wo hmesa sab se dur dur hi rahte hai, kahne ko toh achi badi family hoti hai, kaafi saare dost hote hai ,lakin phir bhi sabse cut te rahte hai. Aur khud ko sab se alag rakhte hai, aur apne akelepan me hi rah jaate hai. Agar aap bhi akelepan ko apni duniya samajh baithe hai toh, badal lo khud ko. 4.Apna attitude badle :-kuch log aise bhi hote hai ki wo bohot kam bolte hai, kam hasi majaak krte hai, chid chide nature ke hote hai. Aise logo ki life kaafi boring hoti hai. Wo na toh khush kabhi rahte hai aur na hi kisi ko khusi de sakte hai. Khushmizaz banda bhi jab aise logo se milta hai toh ulta wo bhi bore ho jaata hai. 5.Intersting cheezo ko jyada time do :-kyuki bhaag daud bhari life me her koi itna busy hai ki wo apni favorite, interesting cheezo ko time hi nhi de paata. Daily ka bas same hi haal hai. Ghar se kaam per, aur kaam se ghar per. Aur jaise hi free time mila kuch ghanto ka ya Sunday ka din toh bss bore hoker baith gye. Agar aapko writing ka sok hai, kuch games khelne ka sok hai, kuch kisi bhi tarah ka koi interesting work krna achha lgta hai, toh usko her roj thoda sa time toh jarur hi de. Taaki aapko bore feel na ho.

6.kabhi kabhi kahi Ghumne bhi jaaya kro :- Bohot se hill stations, tourist places, aise bane hue hai jaha dur dur se log ghumne aate hai, enjoy krte hai. Life me agar enjoyment na ho toh life saali wase hi bore si lagti hai. Isliye agar aap chahte hai iss bore life se nikelna, aur life ko fullest jeena toh kabhi kabhi kahi ghumne bhi jaaya kro. Dekhna aapki life happy ho jayegi.

7.Reality se jyada judo aur fake duniya se baaher niklo :-Aaj aapko bohot se whatsapp groups honge ,kaafi facebook friends honge ,in short ye kahunga ki aap social media networks per kaafi logo ke contact me hai. Per phir bhi bore feel krte ho ,kya aap jaante ho ki aisa kyu hota hai, iski wajah ye hai ki aap ek fiction world ek fake world me jee rahe ho. Jin logo se aap kabhi mile nhi, kabhi aamne saamne baate nhi ki, unn logo se kaafi time se aap jude hue ho ,unke msgs ka reply krte ho, u know what actually me ho kya raha hai, wo bss aapki attention seek ker rahe hai. Aapko aapki real duniya se dur krte jaa rahe hai. Life ka asli majaa yaaro reality me hai. Real me koi ek do achhe friends bana lo aur unhi ko apna time diya kro, apni attention diya kro, aur apni feelings share kiya kro. One day u will feel better. Aur aapki bore life ek happy life ho jayegi. Believe that.
